2) Simple situations From a place of simplicity you can look at situation simply and challenge them against your Vision and Why. What situation are you in the middle of that needs to be simplified? Get curious and get it simple.
3) Simple Results From the place of Simple Situations solved you now have a simple result. When your team sees that you were empowered to lead simply and changed the result to be positive and simple they will also look for ways to simplify their situations they encounter. Remember the simpler your show the simpler and more effective the outcome.
