Empathy and Time

So this is a sequel if you will to last weeks blog.

I wanted to talk about empathy and time and how it relates to our every day life.

So how many times do we get wrapped up in our own world through social media or just the day to day stuff that we loose connection with others that are close to us.

In todays video I want to talk about 3 things that I am doing that might help you break free of some of your distractions.

Here they are

1. Drive the fear of interacting with yourself and others.
2. Look for ways to forgive yourself and learn and grow.
3. Take the time to be curious to engage in conversation with yourself and others.

On the leadership side here are some thoughts.

1. A key aspect of Servant Leadership is where leaders prioritize understanding and address the needs of themselves and their team members.
2. Empathy is all about the discovery of intentional leadership.

It takes a mind shift to live an empathetic life and apply it to leadership.
